xkv8 consists of Ubald and Ewen, two musicians around the AAA Rosko group. Ubald comes from the Paris techno scene and has released on lables such as Passe-Muraille, Perce-Oreille and 8ème District. Ewen, who is active with AAA (Association of Autonomous Astronauts) in France since 1996 is a breakcore DJ and has performed on a variety of parties and clubbings in France and abroad. During many years he has collaborated with the techno hardcore fanzine TNT and today, together with DJ Stupid Dog, cooperates with the fanzine Le Stéréophile. xkv8 has released a record on the label Hangars Liquides in 1998 and played live on various occasions (Nantes, Bologne at the Conférence Intergalactique 98 de l'AAA).
