The artist group I/O/D was formed in 1994 by Matthew Fuller and Simon Pope. In collaboration with Colin Green they have developed the Web Stalker, an alternative browser. I/O/D also publishes the I/O/D interactive magazine that features art, sound, text and images from an international array of
contributors.
