The Association of Autonomous Astronauts (AAA), which was launched on 23 April, 1995, is a non-hierarchical network of local, community-based space exploration programs. It established a Five Year Plan for creating, by the year 2000, a worldwide network of AAA groups dedicated to building their own spaceships.
