Route Description
From Schiphol International Airport to Central Station:
The fastest and easiest way to travel from/to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is by train. Trains to Amsterdam Central Station leave every 10-15 minutes and take about 25 minutes. Tickets can be bought in the Airport Main Hall.
From Amsterdam Central Station to the Oude Kerk or De Waag:
Both locations are in walking distance. From Central Station it takes about 10 minutes to get to the Oude Kerk and 15 minutes to De Waag which can also be reached by metro (one stop, Nieuwmarkt). Local cabs offer a (relatively expensive) alternative.
From Amsterdam Central Station to Montevideo / TBA:
Montevideo / TBA can be reached by tram (line 13, 14 or 17). From stop Westermarkt, it’s 5 minutes walking.
From Amsterdam Central Station to De Balie:
De Balie is located in front of Cinema City on the Leidse Plein, one of the most famous squares of Amsterdam where tramlines 1, 2 and 5 stop.
